We believe in delivering the best products which are handcrafted by skilled men and experts in the field, keeping in mind the emotions and ethics of upcoming fashion trends. We assure the quality of our products and endeavor to provide absolute user satisfaction. Once the product has been delivered by us, all EXCHANGE & RETURN of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use, as well as the below Exchange & Return Policies. <\/p>

Return and Refund Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You\u2019ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at XYZ@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we\u2019ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues<\/strong>
<\/strong>Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.<\/p>

Exceptions \/ non-returnable items<\/strong>
<\/strong>Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.<\/p>

Exchanges<\/strong>
<\/strong>The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.<\/p>

Refund <\/strong>We will notify you once we\u2019ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you\u2019ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you an exchange.<\/p>

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>

Additional non-returnable items:
-Personalized handmade made-to-measure garments.<\/p>

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/p>

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next ,contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at XYZ@gmail.com<\/p>

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>

If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.<\/p>
